Our Values
Our Core Values:
Church of Our Earth focuses on microdosing with plant entheogens for spiritual health. On occasion, Church Ministers with training as End-of-Life or Death Doulas may lead private ceremonial macrodosing sessions for those Church Members with End-of-Life diagnoses.
Our faith in sacred mushrooms stems from pre-historical use by our ancestors and personal experiences of our modern Church Members. It is our sincere belief that psilocybin-containing mushrooms are one of the greatest Sacraments that Nature offers, raising our awareness so that we can access a direct connection to our Higher Powers.
We Believe:
The Earth is Sacred
The natural world is a living expression of the Divine. Mountains, rivers, forests, oceans, stones, plants, and fungi each hold sacred wisdom and are deserving of reverence and protection.
Spirit Dwells in All Beings
Every person, plant, animal, and element carries a spark of the Great Mystery. We recognize and honor the interconnectedness of all life reminding us that nothing exists apart from the whole.
Entheogens are Holy Sacraments
Plants and fungi, including psilocybin-containing mushrooms, are sacred tools gifted by the Earth to help us deepen our relationship with the Divine, heal the spirit, and awaken higher consciousness. Used with intention, reverence, and guidance, these sacraments are pathways to truth, wholeness, and spiritual communion.
Ritual and Magic are Acts of Devotion
Through ancient Wiccan practices, pagan traditions, moon work, seasonal rites, and personal ceremony, we align ourselves with the rhythms of nature and the will of Spirit.
Personal Sovereignty is Sacred
Each person holds the right and responsibility to walk their own spiritual path. We respect diverse beliefs and encourage direct, personal experience of the Divine over dogma.
Healing is a Sacred Birthright
We affirm that body, mind, and spirit are one, and that true healing arises when we work in harmony with the Earth, the elements, and the wisdom of Spirit. We believe each individual is their own healer, supported by community, nature, and…
Service is Sacred
We are called to serve Earth and community through compassion, stewardship, education, and the sharing of our sacred traditions.
We live our faith through ceremony, community support, earth stewardship, sacred education, and the responsible, reverent use of plant and fungal sacraments.
This Statement of Faith is the spiritual foundation of the Church of Our Earth and reflects the enduring truths we hold sacred in our worship, practice, and community life.
