Our Minister Training Program is a five-month initiation into becoming a deeply ethical, grounded, and nature-rooted guide - one who serves not as an authority, but as a mirror to the inner healer within each member. This is not simply education; it is a transformation into a reverent, discerning, and skillful minister, trained to hold space with integrity, humility, and devotion to both science and spirit.

While the core container spans five months, this is a living path that may unfold over four months to a full year, depending on how each student integrates and embodies the work. Our first cohort runs from January through May of this year, with a second cohort opening in the latter half of the year, and the program continuing to be offered again later in 2026.

This eight-week educational program is designed for death doulas, hospice workers, chaplains, nurses, caregivers, and others who want to responsibly support clients exploring psychedelic and plant ally-informed care at the end of life.

Grounded in emerging research and spiritual care practices, this training explores psychedelics, plant allies, preparation, screening and safety, protocols, non-directive presence, ethical boundaries, and integration. We also explore the growing practice of shared psychedelic experiences within families facing end-of-life transitions.

Because of the sensitivity and responsibility involved, enrollment is by application only. Interested candidates must contact us to schedule an interview before being accepted into the program. If you’re called to this work and prepared to hold it with care, we invite you to reach out and begin the process.

This is our only cohort for doulas in 2026. Tuition is $600. The course runs for eight weeks, beginning Monday, August 10, 2026. These are two-hour live sessions with in-depth training and featured speakers followed by an open floor Q&A. The course will be held weekly on Zoom. Participants will also have the option to schedule a one-hour private session for additional support and individualized guidance.

Upon completion, participants are recognized within Church Of Our Earth as Threshold Missionaries, trained in psilocybin-informed end-of-life care and prepared to support preparation, presence, and integration in alignment with the church’s ethical and safety frameworks. This designation reflects advanced training and affiliation; it does not replace clinical licensure or expand scope beyond applicable laws and standards of practice.

We also provide specialized ceremonial support for individuals facing end-of-life transitions or serious or terminal illness. This work may include additional preparation, collaboration with family or caregivers when appropriate, and integration focused on meaning, reconciliation, and peace.
